When I was a little girl, I always dreamt of going to an abroad city and live by myself, or even when I watch romantic comedies on Netflix some movies shows how a girl moves out from her family home and move to a big city to study or work and try to make it to the top. Everything looks so fancy, and you know you get allured into that until that moment actually arrives in your life, and you are scared, shocked all sort of emotions are going through your mind, but still you have that brave smile on your face till the departure gate where you are waving goodbyes to your family.
Slowly it starts creeping up on you that now you are on your own, no more family support, no one will be there to drive you around or cook you a lovely meal when you are hungry or deal with your tantrums.
So basically it’s a knock on your door welcoming you to adulthood officially and trust me when I write this I am still freaking out.
The day I landed ... to be continued.
