New Year , New Me , REALLY?


Reflecting on 2018 !

Hey!! Happy New Year to all the lovely readers ..Hope you had a beautiful celebration with family and friends.

2019 is already here, and I feel this year will also go so fast that we all be wondering what happened?

I don't understand the concept of new year new me, who can suddenly change themselves?? But I feel that's a personal choice people make so moving on to myself and my plans for this year.

I don't make resolutions because I always end up breaking them and it feels more like a downer for me.

As for this year, I made small and achievable goals which will be easier to get to.


My 2019 goals :

1) Eat healthily and Do some physical activity: It's a very cliche one, but I really need sort myself out with food because it's not doing any good to me.

2) Write More: I stopped writing regularly for 2 years now, back in the day I would always write either in my personal diary or some short stories.

3) Learn New skills: I love photography that means editing pictures currently I am using simple software to edit my photos, but I would like to up my game and learn photoshop properly.

4) Deal with Anxiety: Find a better way to deal with my anxiety and panic attacks.

5) Travel solo: This one thing I always wanted to do but never got the chance so this year at least one holiday by myself.


I know you are reading my goals and thinking they are fundamental goals to achieve, see that's my point.

Don't put so much pressure on yourself with goals set, go easy on yourself.

At least with these resolutions, I know I have some chance of completing something before the year ends and I might add more as the year goes by.
